Profile and About Julia Freund

About

Julia Freund was born in Germany in 1978.
After school and many struggles to find a serious job, she finally ended up studying graphic design and illustration (at the e.c.v. Aix-en-Provence and Intuit/Lab in Paris) in France and has been considered the black sheep of the family ever since.

After finishing graphic design school she worked as a freelance illustrator in France for five years.
In 2009 she decided to come back to Germany, where she lives and works as a freelance illustrator in Berlin.
